Telegram Bot for WB/Ozon Labeling – 100+ Labels in 15 Minutes

Problem

WB and Ozon generate daily PDF files with order labels – up to 100-200 at a time. At the warehouse, each label needs to be looked up in a spreadsheet to match the right product. Manually searching Ctrl+F for each of a hundred labels is slow and tedious.

Solution

Built a Telegram bot for automated label matching:

• Send PDF with labels to the bot
• Bot assigns a sequential number to each label
• Returns the PDF – now warehouse staff find the matching row by number instantly
• No manual search – open the spreadsheet, check the number, stick the label

Result

• Processing 100+ labels: from 1 hour to 15 minutes
• No need to search for each label – the number points straight to the right row
• Zero training needed – familiar Telegram interface
