Problem

Okkam is one of Russia’s largest advertising holdings (121B RUB in media buying, AKAR 2024). Dozens of teams process legal documents, registries, and reference data daily.

Manual processing of legal dictionaries and registries meant hours spent on cross-referencing, classification, and data entry from PDFs. Human error led to mistakes, and scaling required hiring more staff.

Solution

Built an AI workflow system on n8n within corporate infrastructure:

• OCR pipeline for registries: PDF → recognition → structured data → matching (N:1, 1:N, M:N scenarios)
• Legal dictionary automation: AI classification, validation, reference updates
• Integration with corporate sandbox and internal systems
