AI Bot That Answers in Seconds Instead of Hours

Problem

The same questions about Yandex Pay were asked dozens of times per week. Answers were scattered across documentation, manuals, and personal notes. Finding the right information took 10-30 minutes per request.

Solution

Built a RAG Telegram bot on n8n + Supabase:

• Knowledge base: documentation, FAQ, manuals → vector DB (Supabase pgvector)
• Telegram interface: question → relevant fragment retrieval → AI generates precise answer
• Source attribution: bot shows which document the answer came from

Result

• Response time: from 10-30 minutes to 5-10 seconds
• 90%+ answers require no follow-up
• Bot runs 24/7 without human involvement
• ~10-15 hours saved per week
